If you are currently experiencing difficulties, regular therapy sessions could help you address your problems, reduce your distress and give you the skills to cope with your difficulties. If you are unsure whether you want to commit to therapy at this stage and just wish to consider your options, a one-off initial consultation session is possible, with no commitment to continue with further sessions. Or, if you just want to find out more about what therapy involves or how it might be able to help you, and you can't find the information you're looking for on this website, you can contact Dr Kloss using the contact request form and she will get back to you within 48 hours.
